Gosh, it is already the 13th Jan

Fri 13th - what a great day to be alive!!!!!!

Firstly I must apologise for not writing earlier. How can I expect dear friends to walk this road with us if I dont fill you in on what is happening. Sooooooo sorry.

I trust you had a great Christmas and enjoyed good times over New Year.

I am back on the weekly treadmill at the Wesley, have had 2 chemos and so far so good. Guess this little bit of hair fluff on my head will come out in the next few days, but other than extra pain and sensitivity in my hand all is well. The liver figures have just turned around but not by much, so am hoping that they will drop right down in the next few weeks.

It is only 6 weeks till I go to Redding in US to see Mel and the family so I need to be in a really good place by then.

We have some great family news. Ben and Jess are expecting their first child in July - we are very excited for them and us of course. Was able to give them their first baby quilt for Christmas - one that I completed early last year and put away, just in case I wasnt able to if and when this time came. Jess has kept well so that is wonderful - they will make great parents.

Have finally been able to get on to Seth's tartan/plaid quilt again after getting some more fabrics from the US and also a shop here so hopefully I will be able to finish his unfinished Christmas present - sorry Seth (good intentions though) still need some more though. I will put in a pic as to what it looks like so if anyone has any bits you will know what is needed.

Well friends I pray that this year will have many good blessings for you and new adventures and lots of fun times. Dont forget, if you are up this way please do contact - I am well and kicking and love having people even though things appear to be not so good at times. Anyone who has seen me knows I really am not a sickly little old lady!!! No added comments family thankyou!!!!!!

God bless
