At the end I will download pic of another wall hanging that I finished yesterday. it had to be delivered for inclusion in the up coming Quilt show. I seem to need deadlines. The hibiscus flower is in memory of my Grandma who called them hibiscuits, but also Marks Mum grew some incredible ones that our whole family just loved seeing. She grew them the size of dinner plates some of them.
On the health front, the Liver figures are all down except one, which is great, but the red and white cell count is low which leaves me open to getting infections if I am not careful. So on one front we are pleased and the Dr is very happy really. He wants to keep me on the chemo every 3 weeks, along with the herceptin. I was due to have another chemo today but I have had a not so good week, with very sore toes, fingers, a rash on my hands, and feeling a bit yuk! So I asked him for a week off this week and we will need to just see if the figures hold with that regime.
It is coming up to 3 years and I would dearly like a change, so we will keep praying and gaining strength from God and be thankful for each new day.
In 2 weeks I will be teaching for Bernina at the craft show so I am looking forward to that – I just love doing that so am needing to be fit. Mind you, they all mother me making sure I dont overdo things but well, it is all great and I am very thankful to be able to keep doing the classroom.
Anyway enough for now, I will get the pic on here – a bit blurry, need to get a new camera. If you are at the show, come and say hi, just ask at the Bernina stand as to where I am.
Bless you, Barb
